25/25 Glasgow IV - Flight C - Level 1 (50/100)

by MARTIN J SMITH on 18th July 2015 @ 15:00

16:47: Great spot for Daniel Khosrowpour as he gets his stack in pre-flop with AA vs Robert Giffiths' QQ. Looking great for a double up......then a Queen hits the River to send him packing.

16:42: John Durkin (in the blue) all in on the Turn soon after with a Set of Tens vs Brent Burnett's Nut Straight (AJ). No pair up with the 2h River and Brent sends John to the rail.

16:27: On Table 1 Keith Fraser opens to 300  UTG, the anonymous player known as "Scots Pro All In Blind" (pictured below) calls, Martin Campbell calls, Mark Eadie calls (all in position), Brent Burnett calls from the SB then John Durkin in the BB 3bets to 1k. Original Raiser Keith folds but everyone else calls taking us 5-way to the 9c8c5s Flop. Brent checks and John continues for 1.7k, "Scots Pro All In Blind" raises to 3.5k, Martin folds and Mark calls on the Button after a wee think. Brent folds and John calls (also after having a good think about it). Turn 7d and John checks. "Scots Pro All In Blind" also checks and Mark Eadie takes the initiative and throws in 5.5k. John calls and now "Scots Pro All In Blind" brings the heat and shoves all in! He has everyone covered after increasing his stack to around 30k already. Mark thinks it over and folds and it's back to John. He says he really wants to call and tanks for a good few minutes before letting it go. "Scots Pro All In Blind" shows 7s6s for the flopped Straight and drags in a nice pile of circular betting diccs.

16:26: Just watched an 8-10 minute hand involving the anonymous player known as "Scots Pro All In Blind". Writing it up now.
